Aluminium Composite Panel (AU)
Aluminium Composite Panel consists of a thermoplastic polyethylene core that is sandwiched between two outer flat aluminium panels. The polyethylene core is bonded between the two aluminium sheets providing a very lightweight, flat, smooth and strong, rigid sheet. Aluminium Composite can be sculptured, folded, rolled without the shortfalls of deformation, wrinkling or delaminating.
Our Signbond® can also be matched to your corporate colour of choice. Simply provide a sample of the selected colour, and we will produce a matched sample for your approval.

Snowbond®
Snowbond® is the latest generation of aluminium composite panel, comprising of two aluminium cover layers and a foamed PVC core. It’s lightweight and flexible, yet, extremely flat– ideal for UV printing, advertising and decoration markets.
Visually, Snowbond® has the same structure as traditional ACP, but what makes it different is the new foamed core made from virgin plastic. It has a White Digital Primer Finish and is available in 2440 x 1220 x 3.0mm in size.

Visually, Snowbond® Lite looks like solid aluminium, the layered composition however provides a much more rigid material.

AlucoPro Lattice Panel
Our Aluminium Lattice Panels have been developed specifically with safety and performance in mind. It is non-combustible (AS1530.1-1994), lightweight and features an innovative core technology. The core is comprised of aluminium as opposed to standard polyethylene or mineral-filled cores.
AlucoPro Lattice Panels weigh only 4.3kg/m2: perfect for fabrication and signage. It is 100% recyclable, can be easily cut and formed - making it an ideal substrate for architects as well as having a versatile range of applications.
